Name	To identify you within expense groups and display to other group members
Email Address	To identify your account, enable login, and send important notifications
Profile Picture	To visually enhance the app and distinguish users within groups
Expense Data	Groups, transactions, members, and history - for the core functionality of the app
Authentication Data	OAuth tokens from third-party providers (Google, Apple) for secure login

We do not collect:

Your location data
Your contacts
Your financial/banking information (we only track expense records you enter)

Where Is Your Data Stored?

All data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure, which uses industry-standard security practices. Data may be stored in data centers located in the United States or Europe.

How Is Your Data Secured?

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
Passwords are never stored in plain text
We use OAuth for third-party authentication (Google Sign-In)
Our cloud provider (Supabase) employs enterprise-grade security measures

What Is Shared With Other Users?

Other members in your expense groups can see:

Your name
Your email address
Your profile picture
Expenses and transactions you create within the group

What Is Shared With Third Parties?

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Supabase	Cloud database and authentication services
Google	Authentication (when using Google Sign-In)
Apple	Authentication (when using Sign in with Apple)

We may also share data when required by law or necessary to comply with valid legal processes.

How Long Is Your Data Stored?

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

How to Delete Your Data?

You can delete your account and all associated data by:

Going to the Profile section in the app
Selecting "Delete Account"
Confirming the deletion
